WHAT MAKES
ME CLICK
When
I was a kid in the 1960s my father, an accomplished amateur photographer,
said he would give me an old Kodak Retina 35mm camera if I would learn
to develop my own black and white film. I have been addicted to seeing
the world in rectangular frames ever since.
Addicted
is a loaded word, but it is the only way for me to describe the place
photography holds in my life. I am a lover of life…of faces, of
places, of time. I can think of very little in my life which gives me
more pleasure than hearing my shutter click and knowing that a special
moment will come to life again as a photograph.
If
you are a photographer, I hope you know that feeling of just having captured
something essential. If you are a lover of photography, I hope you will
enjoy some of what I have seen.
Thanks
for dropping by!
